Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CryptMax47 ("the Platform", "the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Service Description

CryptMax47 provides blockchain wallet intelligence services including, but not limited to:

• Wallet Analysis: On-chain data aggregation and summary for Bitcoin and Ethereum addresses.
• AI Risk Scoring: Anthropic Claude-powered risk assessment producing a combined score (rule-based + AI).
• Fund Flow Visualisation: Transaction flow graphs illustrating inbound and outbound activity.
• Price Intelligence: Live BTC/ETH price data in multiple fiat currencies via CoinGecko and FX APIs.
• Developer API: Programmatic access via API keys across Free, Starter, Pro, and Business tiers.
• Wallet Alerts: Configurable BTC balance threshold alerts sent to registered email addresses.
• PDF Reports: Downloadable blockchain intelligence reports (Business tier only).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

User Accounts & Security

To access most features you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and 2FA system password.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

Subscriptions & Billing

CryptMax47 offers a paid Pro subscription and API-key-based plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing Cycle: Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international).
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Plan Limits: Each API plan (Free, Starter, Pro, Business) carries its own daily and monthly call limits as described on the Developer API page.
• Overage: Exceeding API limits will result in a 429 rate-limit response. No additional charges are levied for overages; service is throttled instead.
• Price Changes: We will notify you at least 14 days in advance of any price changes. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

Refund Policy

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion in the event of:

• Verified billing errors or duplicate charges.
• Extended service outages (greater than 48 continuous hours) for which we are solely responsible.

To request an exception, contact admin@cryptmax47.online within 7 days of the charge.

API Usage

API keys grant programmatic access to the platform. You agree to the following conditions:

• One key per account per plan tier. Keys may be revoked and re-generated but usage resets apply at the day/month boundary.
• No key sharing: API keys must not be shared, sold, or embedded in public repositories or client-side code.
• Fair use: Keys may not be used for bulk data harvesting, scraping, or any purpose that degrades service performance for other users.
• Rate limits: Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary throttling (HTTP 429). Repeated violations may result in key suspension.
• Business tier: Business plan keys must be requested via admin@cryptmax47.online and are generated manually by our admin team.

Prohibited Use

You must not use CryptMax47 to:

• Facilitate or assist in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or attempt to compromise our infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
• Create derivative services that directly compete with CryptMax47 using our API output.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Impersonate CryptMax47 staff or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, AI models, design, branding, and analysis methodologies on the CryptMax47 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of CryptMax47 and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service for personal or internal business use only.

API output data (wallet analysis results, risk scores, flow data) may be used internally within your organisation but may not be resold, redistributed, or published without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) risk scores or AI assessments are accurate, complete, or reliable for any specific purpose; (c) on-chain data from third-party APIs (Blockstream, Etherscan) is free from errors or delays.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CryptMax47 and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
• Financial losses based on reliance on AI risk scores or wallet analysis.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform and API keys will be revoked.
• Your subscription will not be automatically refunded (subject to Section 5).
• Data associated with your account may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion, unless earlier deletion is requested.

We may terminate your account immediately and without notice for material breach of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days in advance.
